  1. I’m more inclined to ask customers for their questions so I can take ACTION with that information. As a responsible marketer (focused on creating sales) it’s interesting to know what they think of my brand but it’s far more useful to use customers’ questions as a means to guide them toward answers– products and services. After all, the Internet is an interactive medium.

    What is more powerful: Listening for customers’ brand perceptions or understanding their problems so you can lead them toward a purchase that they’re inclined to make?
